We are recruiting an HR Advisor!
Ideal Shopping Direct is looking for an HR Advisor to join our vibrant HR team on a fixed term contract (6-month).
Working as a key member of the HR team, you will provide a commercial HR service, offering proactive HR support, advice and coaching to managers and employees on HR issues in line with employment legislation and the needs of the business.
The role will work closely with two other HR Advisors, the HR Manager and the Head of HR.
The remit of the role will focus on proactive HR support and advice, recruitment, employee relations issues as they arise and assisting with a number a of HR projects such as the implementation of a new HR management system.
The HR Team are currently working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with a view to slowly return to the office in line with both government and company policies.
Who we are looking for:
This is a true generalist role so we are looking for someone with experience of working at HR Advisor level in a generalist position. The business is extremely fast paced (the days fly by!) therefore the successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and will be able to juggle multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for an individual HR caseload so experience of investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and performance related issues is essential.
